FAQ
Do I need to be "good with tech" to use this?
Not at all. If you can send a text message, you can use AI. Everything here is written for beginners. You follow step-by-step guides, copy and paste prompts, and get real results. Start with Start Using AI Without Fear if you want proof.
What can I actually do with AI in 10 minutes?
More than you’d think. You could plan a week of dinners, rewrite a paragraph on your resume, prep for a job interview, or get a clear explanation of something confusing. The guides here are built around quick wins you can try right now. How to Use AI as Your Personal Assistant is a great place to start.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT on my own?
ChatGPT is one of many AI tools you can use. This site teaches you how to actually get good results from any of them. Most people open ChatGPT, type something vague, get a weird answer, and give up. We show you exactly what to say, how to follow up, and how to turn one conversation into a real result. See How to Talk to AI So It Actually Helps You.
Do I need to use a specific AI tool?
No. Everything here works with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or whichever tool you prefer. We focus on the skill, not the software. Pick whichever one you already have access to and follow along.
Is all of this really free?
Yes. Every guide, the Prompt Builder, and all the content on this site is free and always will be. We are building a paid community on Skool for people who want feedback, templates, and group support, but the site itself costs you nothing.
What is the Prompt Builder?
It is a free tool on this site that helps you write better prompts. You pick a category, answer a few questions about your situation, and it generates a prompt you can paste into any AI tool. No guessing, no blank-screen panic. Try it here.
I tried AI once and it gave me a weird answer. What went wrong?
Probably nothing you did wrong. AI works best when you give it context and then follow up. One question rarely gets the best answer. The secret is asking a second question. The Follow-Up Question That Changes Everything explains exactly how.
Can AI help me find a job?
Yes, and it is one of the most practical uses. AI can help you identify your target role, tailor your resume for each application, write cover letters that sound like you, and practice interview answers. We have a full series on this: start with AI Job Search Starter Path.
Who is this site NOT for?
If you are already building AI apps, training models, or writing code with AI daily, you will find this too basic. Check out our sister site AI for the 1% instead. This site is for people who are still figuring out what AI can do for them in everyday life and work.
Does AI really matter for my career?
It depends on your specific job, and that is worth figuring out now rather than later. Some roles are already changing fast; others barely feel it yet. We wrote a guide to help you assess where you stand: Does AI Really Matter for Your Job?
Can AI help with family stuff, not just work?
Absolutely. Parents use AI to plan meals, explain homework, brainstorm birthday party ideas, write emails to teachers, and more. 5 AI Tools Every Parent Should Be Using covers the best starting points. Our sister site Chrisanne’s Life goes even deeper on family use cases.
What if I want to automate something repetitive?
That is one of the best uses of AI once you have the basics down. The trick is knowing which tasks are worth automating. The Rule of Three gives you a simple framework: if you have done something three times, it is time to let AI handle it.
Are there live calls or a community?
We are building a Skool community with group support, templates, and feedback. It is not live yet, but it is coming soon. In the meantime, everything you need to get started is right here on the site for free. Visit the Community page to learn more.
Still unsure?
Try the Prompt Builder. Pick a template and get your first result in minutes.
